National Carer Survey
We recently delivered a national care postal survey on behalf of 14 local authorities, reaching around 20,000 carers across England. decisions.
Resident Surveys
We used a blend of smartphone, online, and paper‑based methods to capture the experience of 10,000 local authority residents.
NHS People's Panels
We manage a People’s Panel of around 3,000 members, engaging them through regular surveys, quarterly newsletters, and service updates to gather timely insight and keep members informed.
NHS Friends and Family Test
We provide independent FFT analysis and structured monthly reporting, helping Trusts track performance, identify trends, and evidence improvement.
Member's Satisfaction Survey
We designed and delivered an online survey reaching around 12,000 members of a national organisation, providing robust insight to support strategic planning and service improvement.
People's Panel.
The NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board (ICB) People’s Panel is a group of residents who take part in surveys to express their views on health services in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.
